    What does 'w/1" chain' mean?

    If the size selected says ‘w/1" chain’, then there will be a 1" chain added to the bracelet length. For example, a ‘SM-MD 6.5” w/1” chain’ is a 6.5” bracelet length with a 1” chain and would be adjustable between 6.5” - 7.5”.

    What is the maximum number of letters you can fit on a bracelet?

    The amount of letters we can fit on a bracelet depends on the size of the bracelet as well as the letters in the message, but usually the maximum is 10-14 letters.

    If the phrase you'd like is longer than 10 letters, please send us a message with the phrase and bracelet size. We'll let you know if we're able to fit the entire phrase on a bracelet.

    IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING STERLING SILVER

    All of our pieces are handmade with genuine 925 sterling silver findings and charms. The lobster clasps, chains, crimp covers, crimp beads, wire protectors, head pins and charms are all 925 sterling silver. Sterling silver can react with chemicals found in the air and produce tarnish. High moisture levels, exposure to sunlight and salt water can all speed up this reaction and cause sterling silver to tarnish faster. Take steps to protect your jewelry by storing your pieces in a cool, dry place away from moisture and sunlight. If your pieces begin to show signs of tarnish, it can be easily removed by polishing with a special polishing cloth or soaking in a jewelry cleaner.
